V-Belt Sheaves

The large dependent pulleys (mounted on the mill itself as a flywheel) and the small driving pulleys (designated for the motor shaft) are manufactured from heavy cast iron to withstand high torque forces and balance the movement of the 300, 400, and 500 grinding stones. Each pulley has multiple grooves (V-grooves) ranging from 3 to 4 tracks to ensure complete contact with the rubber belts and prevent slippage during the grinding of heavy grains. An internal opening, equipped with a reinforced dowel groove, securely fastens the pulley to the rotating shaft, preventing loosening or vibration of the machine during continuous operation.
